Retainer Insurance Program

From the time of initial placement to brace removal, we know how much effort a patient takes. To get teeth aligned and ensure a beautiful smile on the face, it can take anywhere from weeks to months or years. After the orthodontic treatment and braces removal, wearing a retainer is key to maintaining the aligned teeth in the right shape and structure.

However, not all retainers stay intact and safe, and can last for years. Sometimes, it breaks, cracks, or gets lost. That’s when retainer replacement and insurance come into the picture.

Lifetime Retainer Program

At Plaza Orthodontics, we call the retainer insurance the ‘Lifetime Retainer Program’ that guarantees a beautiful smile for a lifetime with quality retainers. When buying a separate retainer can cost more than $500, the cost to enrol in this long-term program itself is only $850, which includes

• Alginate impression of teeth
• Four sets of upper retainer, and
• Four sets of lower retainers.

The retainer insurance program fee includes only the replacement retainer. It does not include any re-treatment or further orthodontic treatments that arise out of new misalignments. Notably, the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

In the case of any damage or breakage for the first time, we help repair the retainer with no additional cost or charge. However, on further damage, the charges are applicable.

Special cases for retainer insurance

If you do not want to take part in the retainer program, the usual replacement cost will be applied, and every time you replace, you will need to bear the separate costs.
If you were already a part of the retainer program and you need a replacement after 4 years, only 50% of the enrollment fee is charged.

Why is our retainer program the best?

While orthodontic centers offer a retainer program only for one or two years, we offer retainer assurance for four years with respective upper and lower retainer supplies. In fact, we take care of repairs for the first time, unlike other dental care centers that cater to only complete replacement.
